What you need to register your company.
Unique Company Name
We'll ensure your name is available before proceeding with registration.
Registered Office Address
This will be where official communications are sent and must be in the UK. Alternatively, if you sign up for one of our accounting packages you can opt to use Jump as your registered office.

Director and shareholder information
We'll need the name, nationality, date of birth, occupation and address of the director. If there are more than one director or shareholders, we can add this detail later directly with Companies House.
